1. Introduction
NSFW Blocker is a Safari content blocker that helps restrict access to pornographic and other NSFW websites. It operates using Apple's on-device content blocking APIs.

2. Privacy Policy

3. Eligibility and Accounts
No account is required to use the core blocking features. If optional paid features are offered via the App Store, you must be legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
a. Circumvent or interfere with the content blocking mechanisms.
b. Reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the software.
c. Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Content Blocking Rules
a. Blocking lists are compiled into Safari’s on-device engine; matching occurs locally on your device.
b. You can manage allowlists or settings locally in the app or Safari settings.
c. We do not review, log, or monitor your browsing.

6. Purchases and Billing
a. Paid features (if any) are sold through Apple’s App Store.
b. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
c. Subscriptions, if offered, auto-renew unless canceled in your App Store settings before the renewal date.

7. Intellectual Property
The NSFW Blocker name, logos, software, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Availability and Updates
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Certain functionality depends on Apple and Safari platforms and may change without notice.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease; local settings remain on your device until you delete the app.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that all NSFW content will be blocked or that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States, unless local law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
